Recruitmound is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Operator to join a fashion logistics business in Essex. With a roster of reputable, high-value clients, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include planning and monitoring daily deliveries, managing stock bookings and paperwork, maintaining relationships with third-party carriers, and understanding and managing Customs requirements (ETSF).

Salary

  • Up to £28,000
  • Overtime available

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor daily deliveries efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Book stock in and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain strong relationships and daily reporting with third-party carriers.
  • Understand and manage Customs requirements and ETSF.
  • Manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive KPI reports.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience within the logistics industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Customs/ETSF experience.
